Tyler Frook

Tyler was born and raised in Kincardine, Ontario where he continues to live with his wife and son.  He was called to the Bar in 2013 and quickly returned to his roots, joining the firm shortly thereafter.  Tyler’s areas of practice are real estate law including purchases, sales and mortgages, estate planning including wills and powers of attorney and corporate/commercial law. 

As a long-time local resident, Tyler understands the specific issues that face the area with the historical knowledge required to effectively represent his clients.  His approach focuses on making complicated legal matters easy to understand for his clients and consistently striving towards practical reasonable solutions.  Tyler knows that his clients are also his neighbours and each of his clients deserves exceptional individualized service.

Stacy Mullen

Stacy obtained both her B.A. (political science) and LL.B. degrees from Western University. She articled with the Bruce Power Law Division and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009. She remained with the Bruce Power Law Division until 2011, when she joined a local law firm and served clients in both Huron and Bruce counties for over 7 years. Stacy then joined Ottewell & Lynn in January of 2019 and in May of 2019 Stacy became a partner at Ottewell Lynn Frook Mullen P.C. Stacy’s primary areas of practice are real estate law, wills, powers of attorney, estate planning and estate administration.

By starting her legal career in-house, Stacy quickly learned the importance of always having a client focused approach by considering the client’s individual needs first, before applying the law in the most appropriate and beneficial way possible. Stacy is a Goderich native, who lived in Kincardine for a number of years before returning to Goderich, where she now lives with her husband and two children. She has strong ties to both communities and is happy to be able to serve clients at either our Goderich or Kincardine location.
